Lead, train, and supervise kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.

Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure excellent guest satisfaction.

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Continental cuisine.

Strong expertise in Continental food preparation and kitchen operations.

Excellent knowledge of ingredients, cooking techniques, and food presentation.

Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate kitchen teams.

Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
