Job Responsibilities

- Follow up with customers for overdue payments.

- Handle payment and account-related queries.

- Resolve invoice and payment disputes.

- Coordinate with internal teams.

- Maintain accounts and process payments.

- Prepare basic Excel reports.

Eligibility

- Prior International Voice Collections experience preferred.

- Good spoken and written English.

- Comfortable with night shifts and 100% WFO.

- Immediate joiners only.
