Role Description The Admissions Officer will manage the end-to-end admissions process for students at the Guwahati Panbazar center, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience from initial inquiry to enrollment. This full time, in office role includes counseling prospective students and families, explaining course offerings and admission criteria, and guiding them through application, documentation, and fee processes. The role involves handling walk-in and telephonic inquiries, responding to online queries,



maintaining accurate admissions records, and coordinating with academic and operations teams to align student onboarding with center timelines. The Admissions Officer will provide high-quality customer service, follow up with prospective students to maximize conversions, participate in admission events and outreach activities, and share feedback from students and parents to help improve processes and services.

Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to engage effectively with students and families.

Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Education-focused environments; Relevant experience in student counseling, admissions, or front-office operations in the education sector is preferred.

Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a background in education, management, or related fields is an advantage.

Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, CRM tools) and comfort with technology-enabled workflows.

Fluency in English and local/regional language, with a professional and empathetic approach to diverse student backgrounds.
