Job Details

- Job Title: Spanish Payroll Specialist

- Location: Bangalore

- Experience: 3–8 Years

- Band: BPO 2/3

- Shift: 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM IST

- Work Schedule: As per business requirements

Mandatory Requirements

- Fluency in Spanish is a must.

- 2–4 years of experience in payroll processing, payroll systems, or HRIS platforms.

- Hands-on experience with ADP, Paychex, Deel, SAP, Workday, or similar tools.

- Knowledge of Spanish payroll regulations, including:

- IRPF (Personal Income Tax)

- Seguridad Social (Social Security Contributions)

- Statutory Benefits

- Collective Bargaining Agreements (Convenios)

- Experience in end-to-end payroll processing and validation.

- Solid analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to manage deadlines and maintain confidentiality.

⭐ Good to Have





- Multicountry payroll experience (US, Canada, UK, Switzerland, Malaysia, UAE, Saudi Arabia, etc.).

Key Responsibilities

- Process payroll for hourly and salaried employees.

- Review attendance, timekeeping records, payroll adjustments, and employee changes.

- Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and taxes.

- Maintain payroll records as per statutory and country-specific regulations.

- Handle employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies.

- Coordinate with HR teams for new hires, exits, benefits, and employee updates.

Important Eligibility Criteria

- Ex-TCS employees are not eligible.

- PAN Card and Date of Birth (DOB) are mandatory for profile creation.
