We are looking for an experienced Capital Projects Management Senior Analyst to support large-scale low-carbon grid capital projects, focusing on project planning, risk assessment, cost management, and scheduling.

Job Location: Bangalore
Experience: 5–8 Years
Qualification: BE – Electrical Engineering
Function: Capital Project Operations – Low Carbon Grid Capital Projects

Key Responsibilities

- Manage project risk identification, assessment, and mitigation activities.

- Develop risk management plans and maintain RAID registers.

- Monitor project risks, schedules, costs, and resource requirements.

- Perform cost estimation, variance analysis, and project forecasting.

- Support project scheduling, critical path analysis, and delivery planning.

- Prepare risk dashboards, heat maps, and management reports.

- Coordinate with project teams, stakeholders, and risk owners.

- Ensure compliance with utility standards, regulations, and project governance.

- Conduct risk review meetings and recommend corrective actions.

- Drive continuous improvement and capture project lessons learned.

Eligibility Criteria

- BE in Electrical Engineering is required.

- 5–8 years of relevant skilled experience.

- Experience in Power Utilities, EPC, Power Generation, or Transmission & Distribution projects.

- Strong knowledge of project controls, risk assessment, and cost management systems.

- Certification or knowledge in Project Management, Risk Management, or Cost Control is preferred.

- Familiarity with ISO 31000 and regulatory frameworks such as CEA, CERC, and state utility standards.
