Role : Supply IT Solution Expert.Experience : 10+ Years.Location : Goregaon, Mumbai.Role Overview : The Supply IT Solution Expert acts as the bridge between Business and IT, driving ERP solution design and implementation across the Supply domain. The role combines robust functional expertise with a Product Owner mindset to deliver scalable, business-aligned solutions while ensuring adherence to Sodexo's ERP core model and architecture standards.Functional Scope : - Master Data Management (MDM).- Procure-to-Pay (P2P).- Source-to-Contract (S2C).Technology Landscape : - SAP S/4HANA.- Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).- Ivalua.- Exposure to AI, Data & Digital initiatives in the Supply domain.Key Responsibilities : - Conduct business requirement gathering and fit-gap analysis.- Design end-to-end ERP solutions covering configuration, integrations, and data flows.- Create and review functional specifications, process maps, and solution blueprints.- Ensure alignment with Sodexo's ERP core model and architectural standards.- Engage with business stakeholders, vendors,



and delivery teams.- Support change management and drive stakeholder alignment.- Coordinate with Enterprise Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, Data, and Integration teams.- Collaborate with SAP, D365, and Ivalua CoEs to ensure governance and solution consistency.- Participate in ERP governance forums and design authority discussions.Must-Have Experience : - 10+ years of Supply Chain / Procurement IT experience.- Hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA, D365, and/or Ivalua.- Experience as a Product Owner, Functional Lead, or Solution Lead.- Successful ERP implementation and rollout experience in multinational organizations.- Strong stakeholder management across business, IT, and vendors.Key Skills : Functional : - Supply Chain & Procurement processes.- ERP Solution Design & Configuration.- Business Analysis & Requirement Engineering.- Fit-Gap Analysis & Solution Blueprinting.- Process Transformation & Change Management.Technical : - ERP Platforms (SAP S/4HANA, D365, Ivalua).- System Integrations (API, EDI, Middleware).- Data Management & Governance.- Solution Architecture Understanding.
