Role & Responsibilities:
Source MSME loan leads through telecalling and field visits; meet clients, understand funding requirements, coordinate documentation, and manage the client relationship end-to-end until loan disbursement.
- Generate clients through calling, field visits, and referrals.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan products.
- Coordinate with customers, banks, and internal teams throughout the process until loan disbursement.
- Maintain valuable client relationships and achieve monthly business targets.
