Provide in office technical support, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting at customer locations

Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and technical training for customer teams

Work with sales and R&D; teams to share field feedback and resolve technical issues

Prepare site reports, technical documentation, and service records

3+ years of hands-on experience in a field engineering, application, or service role

- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, panels, drives, motors, or automation (as relevant to your product line)
- Ability to read electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and schematics
- Willingness to travel and work at client sites
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with PLC/SCADA or testing instruments is a plus
