We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Market Development Manager with 68 years of experience in the Recruitment and Staffing Industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in client-facing roles, business development, staffing sales, recruitment operations, and client relationship management.
The candidate will be responsible for developing current business opportunities, acquiring strategic clients, expanding existing accounts, and driving revenue growth through recruitment and staffing solutions.

Business Development & Market Expansion
Identify and develop new business opportunities in Contract Staffing, Permanent Recruitment, RPO and other HR solutions.
Generate leads through market mapping, networking, industry connects, references and direct client engagement.
Drive new client acquisition across manufacturing, automotive, engineering, FMCG, retail and other industry segments.
Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Manage senior-level client relationships,



including HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, Plant Heads and Business Leaders.
Handle commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, proposals and service agreements.

Recruitment & Staffing Operations
Understand manpower planning, recruitment turnaround time, deployment, onboarding and employee lifecycle management.
Revenue & Business Performance
Drive account mining and cross-selling of additional HR and staffing solutions.
Monitor business performance, collections and outstanding payments.
Prepare business proposals, presentations, MIS and periodic sales reports.

68 years of experience in the Recruitment / Contract Staffing / HR Services Industry.
Mandatory experience in a client-facing role involving both recruitment understanding and staffing sales.
Proven track record in new client acquisition and business development.
Strong understanding of Contract Staffing, Permanent Staffing, Recruitment Solutions and HR outsourcing.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Growth in existing client accounts.
Timely collections and commercial discipline.
