Salesforce Technical Lead / Senior Salesforce CPQ Developer Location: Role Type: Full time

We're looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Lead / Senior Salesforce Developer who thrives on building scalable solutions, improving platform health, and driving engineering excellence across the Salesforce ecosystem.

Identify and eliminate technical debt across the Salesforce platform.

Monitor org health, governor limits, API consumption, storage utilization, and deployment stability.

Design and develop scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce Platform capabilities .

Build reusable, performant, and accessible Lightning Web Components.

Enforce coding standards, code reviews, and test automation best practices.

Improve and maintain CI/CD pipelines using modern DevOps practices.

Integrations & Data Management

Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture (CDC) .

Implement robust error handling, retry mechanisms, and data synchronization strategies.

Champion data quality,



deduplication, and migration best practices.

Evaluate Salesforce seasonal releases and recommend feature adoption strategies.

Strong hands-on experience with:

Salesforce Platform Development

Lightning Web Components (LWC)

Sales Cloud

Salesforce Security Architecture

Salesforce CLI (SFDX)

CI/CD Tools (GitHub Actions, Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps)

Experience with:

Debug Logs & Performance Tuning

Data Loader / ETL Tools

Agile Development Methodologies

Salesforce Certifications such as:

Platform Developer I

Platform Developer II

Salesforce CPQ experience

AI/ML exposure

LLM integrations and Prompt Engineering

Python scripting

Generative AI use cases and Responsible AI practices
