As a sales executive at Vianora, you'll help build solid client relationships and support sales from first contact through follow-up. You'll combine clear communication, thoughtful outreach, and organized tracking to create a responsive experience for prospective and existing clients.
Reach out to prospects by email and other appropriate digital channels, tailoring your communication and following up consistently.
Speak with prospective clients in fluent, professional English to understand their needs, answer questions, and explain relevant offerings accurately.
Track leads, conversations, and next steps in Vianora's CRM, keeping client records clear and up to date.
Prepare and maintain sales trackers, reports, and contact lists in MS Excel to help monitor progress and organize follow-ups.
Support email marketing campaigns by helping prepare audience lists, personalize messages, and track responses.
