Job Role : Senior Consultant - Oracle ARCS.Location : Bangalore - Hyderabad.Experience : 7 - 16 Years.Qualification : Any Graduate - Any Post Graduate - Any Diploma.Role Overview : We are looking for an experienced Oracle ARCS Senior Consultant to lead the design, configuration, optimization, and support of Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) in a Managed Services environment. The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on ARCS expertise, experience in end-to-end reconciliation processes, integrations, SLA-driven service delivery, and client stakeholder management.Key Responsibilities : - Lead Oracle ARCS design, configuration, and optimization, including reconciliation types, formats, profiles, rules, workflows, and transaction matching.- Architect complex auto-reconciliation logic, matching rules, and tolerance frameworks.- Manage integrations with Oracle EBS/Fusion, SAP, and other GL/ERP systems using EPM Automate, Data Management/FDMEE, and REST APIs.- Drive reconciliation automation and process improvements.- Handle L2/L3 escalations, incidents, service requests, and change requests within SLA.- Perform impact assessments, configuration enhancements,



and regression testing for Oracle quarterly updates.- Maintain SOX-compliant documentation, SOPs, audit evidence, and reconciliation controls.Mandatory Skills : - Strong hands-on experience in Oracle ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service).- 4+ years of hands-on Oracle ARCS implementation and support experience.- Experience in Oracle EPM Cloud and Managed Services / AMS delivery.- Strong knowledge of GL accounting, balance sheet reconciliation, and financial close processes.- Expertise in Data Management/FDMEE, EPM Automate, and integration troubleshooting.- Working knowledge of SQL for data validation and issue diagnosis.- Experience with SOX controls and internal audit requirements.Good to Have : - Oracle ARCS / EPM Certification.- Experience in end-to-end ARCS implementations or migrations.- Exposure to FCCS / EPBCS / TRCS.- Knowledge of RPA and R2R / Finance Transformation.- Experience in global delivery / GBS environments.- ITIL knowledge (Incident, Change & Problem Management).
