IT, Telecom & Internet Full time Remote: Hitachi Energy is seeking an experienced SAP Ariba & Fieldglass Solution Architect to support and drive global digital procurement and external workforce management initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Procurement, Supply Chain, HR, Finance, and IT to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions. You will play a key role in enhancing SAP Ariba and SAP Fieldglass platforms, leading business analysis activities, supporting global transformation programs, and driving operational excellence through process optimization and digitalization. Partner with Procurement, Supply Chain, HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to understand business requirements and business priorities. Support and enhance SAP Ariba solutions including Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP), Contracts, Risk, Guided Buying, and Business Network. Collaborate with global business teams to optimize sourcing, supplier onboarding, qualification, procurement, and contract management processes. Support global contingent workforce and services procurement processes using SAP Fieldglass. Drive improvements across contingent workforce management, statement of work (SOW), supplier management, work orders, onboarding, and offboarding processes. Lead business analysis activities for global implementation and enhancement projects. Work closely with Solution Architects, Developers, AMS teams, and implementation partners to deliver business solutions. Support integration initiatives between SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business Network, Microsoft platforms, and third-party applications.



Participate in digital transformation and AI-enabled initiatives that improve business efficiency and user experience. Develop test strategies, test cases, and acceptance criteria while coordinating SIT and UAT activities with business stakeholders. Support deployment, go-live, hypercare, and change management activities. Prepare training materials and facilitate knowledge transfer sessions to ensure successful adoption of solutions. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline. Minimum 15+ years of professional experience in Business Analysis, SAP Procurement Solutions, or Enterprise Application Management. Robust hands-on experience with SAP Ariba modules including Strategic Sourcing, SLP, Contracts, Risk, Guided Buying, and Business Network. Solid experience with SAP Fieldglass and external workforce management processes. Experience working with SAP S/4HANA integrations and enterprise application ecosystems. Strong knowledge of business process modeling, requirements gathering, testing methodologies, and solution design. Experience working in Agile and Waterfall project delivery environments. Experience supporting global transformation programs and cross-functional international teams. Knowledge of digital transformation, automation, AI-enabled solutions, and procurement technologies is highly desirable.



SAP Ariba and/or SAP Fieldglass certifications will be considered an advantage.
