Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst (AI Training)

We're looking for experienced IAM professionals to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models on real-world identity and access control scenarios.

Your expertise will directly shape how AI reasons about privilege escalation, zero-trust design, and enterprise access risk. Type: Hourly Contract

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Generate and validate realistic identity security data used to train and evaluate AI systems

Help AI understand how identity failures occur and how attackers exploit them in practice

2+ years of hands-on experience with IAM, SSO, or enterprise identity platforms

~ Experience with platforms such as Okta, Azure AD, AWS IAM, or SailPoint

Background in penetration testing, red teaming, or identity-focused threat modeling

Prior involvement in AI, data labeling, or security research projects
