About the Company

Talentarc HR Solutions works with organizations to connect them with capable talent and support their growth. This Business Development Executive role focuses on education technology solutions, including School ERP, College ERP, website development, and related digital services. The position is fully remote and is suited to a self-directed sales professional who can build productive relationships with educational institutions across Rajasthan and contribute to sustainable client acquisition.

Responsibilities

- Identify schools, colleges, and other educational institutions, generate qualified leads, and develop current business opportunities.
- Present School ERP, College ERP, website development, and digital solutions to institutional prospects through online meetings and demonstrations.
- Build and maintain relationships with principals, school management teams, and other decision-makers.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, follow-ups,



presentations, commercial negotiations, and deal closure.
- Maintain accurate pipeline records and meet monthly sales targets that support revenue growth.

Requirements

- Between 1 and 5 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or client acquisition.
- Experience in EdTech, School ERP, or College ERP is preferred.
- Strong lead-generation, communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, with confidence engaging institutional decision-makers.
- Comfort working independently in a fully remote environment.

Compensation: ₹25,000–₹50,000 per month, in hand; compensation may depend on current CTC, relevant experience, and performance. This is a full-time remote position supporting institutional business development across Rajasthan.
