Job Description – Senior Software Engineer (DevOps)
Compensation: $25 per approved task
Average Handling Time: 45–60 minutes per task
Shift: 8 hours per day (4 hours flexible + 4 hours fixed between 7:30 PM and 11:30 PM IST)

About the Project
We are building LLM evaluation and training datasets to train LLMs to work on realistic software engineering problems. The project focuses on creating verifiable software engineering tasks based on public repository histories using a synthetic approach with human-in-the-loop validation, while expanding dataset coverage across different programming languages, difficulty levels, and task types.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled AWS DevOps Engineer with extensive experience in AWS technologies, infrastructure automation, and continuous delivery pipelines. The role involves developing and supporting self-service automation for developers, optimizing cloud costs, and implementing security policies across AWS environments.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and support self-service automation tools for developers.
Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to build, test,
and deploy applications.
Automate infrastructure provisioning using AWS CloudFormation.
Optimize cloud costs by implementing auto-scaling and down-scaling solutions.
Implement security automation to enforce policies across AWS accounts.
Collaborate with product teams to architect new workloads.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in AWS infrastructure automation using CloudFormation.
Strong experience with multiple AWS services, including Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS, ECS, API Gateway, and Kinesis.
Proficiency in software development using Python or Go.
Experience working in an Agile development environment.
Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker.
Experience with Java tooling, including Maven and Spring.
Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team workplace.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
