Position: Area Manager

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Area Manager for the Cardiology division at Meerut HQ. The ideal candidate should have strong pharmaceutical sales experience, sound knowledge of the cardiology market, and the ability to lead a team of Medical Representatives to achieve business objectives.
Manage, guide and motivate a team of Medical Representatives.
Ensure effective coverage of doctors, hospitals and key accounts.
Monitor primary and secondary sales, stock availability and distributor performance.
Conduct regular field visits and joint working with team members.
Track team performance, identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
Analyse competitor activities and identify new business opportunities.
Graduate in Science or Pharmacy; MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.
Relevant experience in pharmaceutical sales,



preferably in the Cardiology segment.
Prior experience as an Area Manager or handling an equivalent team leadership role.
Experience in managing and developing a team of Medical Representatives.
