Its services are delivered through a network of more than 200 ex-bankers spread across India. The Senior Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi. This role is responsible for identifying and developing current business opportunities with mid-market companies seeking capital advisory services, including debt, equity, and IPO pathways. The Senior Business Development Manager will build and nurture relationships with clients, financial institutions, and partners, while working closely with internal advisory and capital intelligence teams to structure tailored solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include lead generation, pipeline management, client meetings and presentations, negotiations, and deal closure,



along with tracking performance metrics and contributing to strategic growth initiatives.

Senior Business Development Manager

Originate debt, structured finance, private credit and equity opportunities.

- Lead client acquisition, commercial negotiations and mandate conversion.
