Role Description This is a full-time, in office Business Development Associate role based in Bhubaneswar. The Business Development Associate will identify and qualify prospective clients and institutional partners, manage lead generation activities, and maintain follow-ups through calls, emails, and meetings.



Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing trends, and helping shape outreach strategies for training programs and services. The associate will also update CRM or lead tracking systems, prepare periodic reports, and actively contribute ideas to improve business development processes.

Strong presentation-related skills, including Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering Presentations.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Basic knowledge of sales processes, CRM tools, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Prior experience or internship in sales, business development, or education/training services is an advantage.
