KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-

- Provide L2 support for end user computing issues including laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals, and OS
- Perform hardware troubleshooting, diagnostics, replacement coordination, and break/fix support
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot OS, applications, drivers, and system builds
- Support user onboarding/offboarding activities, including device setup, access coordination, and IT readiness
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity issues, network cables, basics network connectivity problems
- Support Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and basic user administration
- Perform password resets, account unlocks, and basic Active Directory/Azure AD user support
- Manage and resolve incidents/service requests through ITSM tools (ServiceNow, JIRA)
- Coordinate with L2/L3 teams for complex issues and ensure proper escalation with troubleshooting details
- Maintain IT asset inventory, software records, and hardware lifecycle processes
- Support endpoint management tools such as Intune , Azure Fundamentals
- Work with vendors for hardware warranty, replacement,



and service related issues
- Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and Knowledge articles

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS-

- 4-6 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Hardware, Desktop Support, Application and Network Support roles
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS troubleshooting and system administration
- Good understanding of networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN basics, VPN, Wi-Fi
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 admin and end user support (Specifically Exchange Online)
- Experience with hardware troubleshooting
- Experience working with ITSM ticketing tools, change management
- Looking for a System administrator
