Kidvento is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager – Expert Catalyst with a strong educational background and prior experience in the educational publication industry.
The candidate should have a valuable understanding of NEP 2020 and the National Curriculum Framework (NCF), along with excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
The role involves driving sales and business development initiatives, building relationships with schools and educational institutions, and expanding the organisation's presence across the education ecosystem.
Drive sales and business development activities to achieve assigned targets.
Identify new business opportunities and develop partnerships with schools and educational institutions.
Build and maintain relationships with school management, principals, educators and other key stakeholders.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development or a related role.
Mandatory experience in the educational publication industry.
Experience in institutional sales, school partnerships or education-sector business development is preferred.
Strong negotiation, networking and relationship management abilities.
Willingness to travel extensively across India.
A proactive, target-driven professional with a strong understanding of the education ecosystem, hands-on experience in educational publishing, and the ability to build meaningful relationships and drive business growth.
