About the Role We are looking for an energetic, proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, primarily for our Sales and related business functions.

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, offer management and onboarding.

- Source relevant candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidates on relevant experience, communication skills, suitability and cultural fit.
- Track recruitment performance through regular MIS, hiring reports and recruitment metrics.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.




- Contribute towards employer branding and talent pipeline development.

1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.

- Experience in manufacturing, real estate, retail, infrastructure or product-based organizations will be preferred.
- Prior experience in bulk hiring and sales recruitment will be an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment portals.
- Prospect to work with leading brands in the home elevator industry.
