Trent Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual for the role of Sales Associate. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bargarh. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing excellent service to ensure a superior shopping experience.
Key responsibilities will include assisting customers with product selection, managing inventory, maintaining store displays, and supporting sales initiatives to drive revenue growth.
Basic knowledge of retail sales practices and proven ability to meet sales targets
Attention to detail and organizational skills for inventory monitoring and store arrangements
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus
Prior experience in retail, sales, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory
additional certifications in customer service or sales will be considered beneficial
Enthusiasm for fashion, lifestyle, and retail with a proactive learning attitude
