What you will own ● Study enterprise IT administrators, security buyers, and frontline users; identify friction in enrollment, login, shared-device access, recovery, and administration.
- Set the problem definition, product priorities, and roadmap for IAM / Windows capabilities; balance customer impact, security, reliability, and delivery effort. Write requirements, user journeys, acceptance criteria, and release scope covering both successful and failure scenarios, including offline or degraded connectivity.
- Partner with Windows engineering, design, QA, solutions, and support to deliver integrations and endpoint experiences that work in real customer environments.
- Plan pilots, deployment readiness, admin documentation, release communication, and post-launch measurement with customer-facing teams.
- Use data and customer evidence to improve activation, login success, time to access, deployment time, support burden, adoption, and business outcomes.
A record of owning and shipping B2B software products,
with specific examples of discovery, prioritization, launch, and measured results.
- Product depth in enterprise IAM, authentication, endpoint management, Windows clients, or closely related security products.
- Working understanding of SSO/MFA, identity providers, AD / Entra ID, user lifecycle, and Windows deployment or administration workflows.
- Ability to reason with engineers about APIs, integration dependencies, client/server behavior, security tradeoffs, and release risk without needing to be the primary developer.
- Practical additional experience
Passwordless products, shared workstations or kiosks, Windows Hello, Credential Provider-based experiences, Intune/MDM, enterprise pilots, packaging/pricing, and products for industrial or frontline environments. Depth in either IAM or Windows is valuable if the candidate can demonstrate fluency in the other.
