We're looking for a hands-on digital marketer who can drive measurable growth across search, paid and social channels. You'll manage campaigns end to end,



helping the team from planning and execution to reporting and optimization, and use AI tools to work faster and smarter. This is a high-ownership role where your work directly affects leads, revenue and brand visibility.

SEO

Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization and basic technical SEO audits Plan and publish SEO-driven content in coordination with the content team Support link-building and off-page efforts Google Ads Plan, launch and optimize Search, Display and YouTube campaigns Improve CPL, CPA and ROAS through continuous testing Meta Ads and social media performance Run and optimize paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, including audience targeting and creative testing Coordinate with design and content on ad creatives and social calendars Analyze organic and paid social performance and recommend improvements AI and automation Use AI tools (such as ChatGPT/Claude, Gemini and AI design or video tools) for content ideation, ad copy variations, research and reporting Identify and implement AI-driven workflows to improve team efficiency Stay current with AI developments in search (e.g., AI Overviews)



and advertising Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with explicit insights and next steps Run A/B tests on ads, creatives and landing pages

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or any domain with relevant experience.
Experience: 3-4 years, hands on experience in social media management, event coordination, client engagement, lead generation or marketing support roles.

3-4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing

- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals (on-page, off-page, technical basics)
- Practical experience running Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns with real budgets
- Hands on Experience with GA4, Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort with performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, CAC, ROAS)
- Practical experience using AI tools in daily marketing work
