About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Call potential customers who submit inquiries through Facebook and Instagram advertisements for vastu, numerology, kundli analysis, baby naming, and other consultation services.
2. Follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp, understand their requirements, and convert inquiries into paying customers.
3. Explain consultation services, packages, pricing, and promotional offers to potential clients in a professional and convincing manner.
4. Schedule and coordinate consultation appointments for Manyyaa Ma'am, and ensure timely communication with clients.
5. Assist Manyyaa Ma'am with her daily professional schedule, meetings, appointments, reminders, and other work-related activities.
6. Manage her calendar, prioritize daily tasks, and ensure that scheduled activities are organized efficiently.
7. Coordinate with clients regarding appointments, payments, required details, and consultation follow-ups.
8. Maintain and update lead records, call status, follow-ups, sales conversions, and payment details using Google Sheets or MS Excel.
9. Provide administrative support, including data entry, documentation, record keeping, and other day-to-day office tasks.
10. Prepare daily reports on sales performance, lead status, successful conversions, pending follow-ups, and upcoming appointments.
11. Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages,



and client inquiries politely while maintaining professional Skill(s) required
