Job Summary

TCS is hiring International Collections Executives for its Gurgaon location. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in international B2B or B2C collections and solid communication skills. The role involves contacting customers regarding overdue invoices, resolving payment-related queries, managing disputes, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact international customers to follow up on overdue invoices and outstanding payments.

- Manage assigned collection accounts and follow up on pending receivables.

- Handle payment-related queries from customers and Accounts Payable teams.

- Resolve invoice disputes and coordinate with internal departments.





- Perform account maintenance and payment application activities.

- Support invoice reconciliation, credit rebills, PO changes, and invoice adjustments.

- Prepare basic Excel reports and track collection performance.

- Complete daily assigned operational activities within defined timelines.

Required Skills

- Prior international voice experience in B2B/B2C Collections.

- Excellent English communication skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.

- Understanding of accounts receivable and invoice collections.

- Strong negotiation, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.

Candidate Requirements

- Immediate joiners preferred.

- Must be comfortable working night shifts.

- Must be willing to work 100% from the Gurgaon office.
