Who are we We at Epikindifi (Epik) are building a zero-code platform that lets businesses build their own apps through a simple, intuitive interface. You're a full-stack engineer who lives in the MEAN stack and owns features from the Angular front end through to Node.js services and the data layer. Build and maintain internet-scale applications and services to a high standard of engineering excellence, across the full stack.
Own features end-to-end: scoping, technical design, implementation across front end and back end, testing, and production rollout.
Partner with Project Managers across the org on project and release planning.
Deliver high-quality, well-written code that others can quickly understand, support, and maintain.
Write automated test cases that plug into our Continuous Integration (CI) pipeline. Work within a Lean-Agile / Scrum framework to ship features to production predictably.
Build effective relationships with product management, technical teams, systems operations, and service and support.
3–5 years in software development, with a minimum of 3+ years on the MEAN stack.

- Deep understanding of JavaScript, and hands-on experience with TypeScript.
- Strong command of Node.js and its ecosystem, including Express (or similar frameworks).
- Solid experience with Angular (recent versions) and modern front-end JavaScript.
- Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, and SCSS.




- Confident with asynchronous programming and how to apply it pragmatically.
- Production experience with MongoDB and MySQL, including data modelling and schema design that maps cleanly to business processes.
- Deep understanding of MongoDB and query optimization.
- Experience with message queues — ideally RabbitMQ — and event-driven patterns (publish/subscribe, work queues, retries, dead-letter, idempotency).
- Ability to serve different data sources and databases to different client platforms (mobile vs desktop) with optimal output.
- Familiarity with building scalable Node.js applications.
- Strong testing discipline — unit and integration — integrated into CI.
- Comfort with Docker and containerized deployment; exposure to a cloud platform (Azure/AWS/GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Working experience with Web Components.

Working experience with React.
Experience building no-code / low-code platforms or highly configurable, metadata-driven systems — a strong plus given Epik's zero-code product.
Prior work on developer platforms or complex web applications.
