To lead and manage the PMO function for Pivot Path, driving project governance, execution excellence, client relationship ownership, stakeholder management, and team delivery. The role will ensure successful execution of client and internal projects, develop a high-performing PMO team, and strengthen customer relationships while enabling business growth and operational efficiency.

Project & Portfolio Management

Lead multiple concurrent projects from initiation through closure, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, timelines, success measures, and governance requirements.
Develop and maintain project plans, resource plans, dependency tracking, and portfolio-level visibility.

Team Leadership & People Management

Lead, mentor, and develop PMO team members, including project managers, project coordinators, and analysts.
Conduct regular one-to-ones, performance reviews, coaching, feedback, and development planning.
Build a team-oriented, high-performance culture focused on ownership, continuous learning, and execution excellence.

Client Relationship & Account Ownership

Act as the relationship owner and primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and lead regular governance reviews, executive updates, and strategic discussions.
Identify opportunities for account growth, service expansion, renewals, and value creation in collaboration with sales, delivery, and finance teams.
Support contract governance, change requests, commercial discussions,



and adherence to agreed service commitments

Stakeholder Management

Facilitate governance forums, steering committee meetings, and project reviews.
PMO Governance & Performance Reporting

Establish and maintain PMO standards, templates, methodologies, controls, and governance frameworks.
Track milestones, risks, dependencies, budget, resource utilization, and key performance indicators.
Prepare and present executive dashboards, portfolio reports, project health updates, and actionable insights to leadership.

Financial & Resource Management

Monitor project budgets, forecasts, profitability, resource utilization, and financial performance.
Ensure effective utilization of PMO resources and alignment with portfolio priorities.

Risk, Issue & Quality Management

Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
Lead issue resolution and corrective action planning to minimize delivery and customer impact.
Ensure compliance with organizational processes, quality standards, contractual obligations, and customer commitments.

Continuously improve project delivery and governance processes through standardization, automation, and best-practice adoption.




Leverage project management tools and data to improve visibility, decision-making, and team efficiency.
Support strategic transformation initiatives and contribute to the maturity of the PMO function.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
- 10-12 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Program Management, Delivery Operations, Consulting
- Prior experience managing project teams and owning client or customer relationships.
- Experience handling multiple projects and diverse stakeholder groups in a fast-paced environment.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or an equivalent project management certification is preferred.
