Handling operational personnel tasks from recruitment to departure.

Collaborating in the creation and implementation of individual career and development plans.

Establishing, implementing, and enhancing employer branding initiatives, including:

o regularly updating the career page of the website.

o supporting the maintenance of social media accounts,

Participating in employer awards.

Organizing and implementing regular employee satisfaction surveys along with Marketing team.

Optimizing, implementing, and ensuring HR processes.

Ensuring compliance with information security and data protection requirements.

Completed commercial degree or commercial vocational training with additional training to become an HR professional.

Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience as a personnel officer/HR Specialist/HR professional.

Excellent knowledge of German and international labor law.

Training as a trainer is desirable.

Very positive handling of the MS Office programs (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Very good knowledge of English and German, both written and spoken, depending on the proMX location
