WE ARE HIRING – INSIDE SALES MANAGER (HEALTHCARE INDUSTRY) Company: Navya Curemedics India Pvt. Experience: 3–5 Years
Qualification: MBA in Hospital Management / Healthcare Management / Hospital Sales
Weekly Off: Sunday
Manage and supervise the healthcare telesales team.
Drive sales and achieve monthly business targets.
Monitor daily calling, follow-ups and lead conversion.
Coordinate with doctors, hospital operations and marketing teams.
Maintain CRM records and prepare performance reports.
Ensure quality patient communication and customer satisfaction.
Experience in healthcare, hospitals, clinics or diagnostic centres.
Robust communication and sales conversion skills.
Team management and leadership abilities.
Knowledge of CRM and MS Excel.
Candidates with prior experience in hospital or healthcare telesales operations will be given preference.
