Job Description
Title: US IT Recruiter
Timing: 6:30pm IST to 3:30am IST
Location: Mumbai, Dadar (East)
[10 minute walk from Dadar (East) railway station]

We are looking for fresh graduates with exceptional English communication skills who can join our team.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- The person would be working in the US IT staffing and Recruitment industry.
- The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates would get a clear understanding of benefits, compensations, US Visa / employment types and terms like W2, US Citizen, GC, OPT and CPT etc.
- Responsible for handling IT requirements from US based clients.
- Sourcing from various Job Portals Viz. (Dice, Monster etc.).
- Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status.




- Proactively building a resume database for upcoming/highly potential requirements.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

- The candidate must be very fluent in English and demonstrate a solid command over the language.
- Knowledge of current Information Technology trends.
- The Candidate must have a strong understanding of IT Technical skills.
- This position requires the candidate to work USA Eastern Hours (i.e. 6.30 PM IST to 3.30 am IST)
- Location of Office: Mumbai, Dadar (East)
- Bachelor's degree.

Candidates will be trained on the following:

- Boolean Search
- Sourcing Resumes
- Recruitment techniques
- Understanding of US Visa / employment types and terms like W2, US Citizen, GC, OPT and CPT etc.
