We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented FP&A; Team Lead to manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business performance analysis. The role involves developing financial models, monitoring key performance indicators, identifying financial trends, and providing actionable insights to support strategic business decisions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze current and historical financial trends across revenue, costs, expenses, and capital expenditure.
- Monitor key performance indicators and investigate unexpected financial variances.
- Manage and improve budgeting, financial forecasting, operating plans, and financial models.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports.
- Perform ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis.
- Develop dashboards and work with Business Intelligence tools.
- Evaluate business processes, marketing initiatives, projects, and investments to identify efficiencies and ROI.
- Develop financial models to support strategic business initiatives.
- Analyze complex financial information and provide accurate recommendations to management.
- Support senior management and department heads with detailed financial analysis.
Required Skills :
- Strong financial planning and analysis knowledge.
- Budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
- Financial reporting and variance analysis.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Strong result orientation and attention to detail.
- Valuable understanding of Oracle is an added advantage.
- Language proficiency in English, French, and/or German as required.
Qualifications :
- Postgraduate qualification in Accounting or Finance.
- CA/CPA qualification highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with high standards of accuracy and precision.
