- Position: Process Associate – Digital (Web Chat & Email)

- Location: Kolkata

- Experience: 3–8 Years

- Relevant Experience: 2–4 Years in International Web Chat / Email / Digital Support

- Band: BPO 1/2

- Salary: Up to ₹7 LPA

- Domain: Utilities – Electricity & Gas Customer Service

- Process: Web Chat, Email & Digital Support

- Shift: Rotational shifts, including night shifts and weekends

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through web chat and email.

- Resolve customer issues related to billing, payments, accounts, and services.

- Provide accurate, clear, and skilled written responses.

- Manage multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining quality.

- Handle customer complaints, escalations, and retention requests.

- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.

- Follow customer verification, privacy, and compliance guidelines.

- Meet quality,



productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

Required Skills

- International Web Chat and Email Support experience.

- Excellent written English and strong grammar.

- Good typing, multitasking, and communication skills.

- Customer query and complaint resolution.

- Billing and payment support knowledge.

- Customer retention and escalation handling.

- CRM and case-management tools.

- Solid problem-solving and attention to detail.

⭐ Preferred Experience

- Utilities domain (Electricity & Gas).

- International customer service experience.

- Knowledge of billing, payments, and customer retention.

- Bachelor's degree preferred.

- Lean Six Sigma / COPC certification is an added advantage.

Important Eligibility Criteria

- Ex-TCS employees are NOT eligible.

- PAN Card and Date of Birth (DOB) are mandatory for profile creation.

- Candidates must be comfortable working rotational night shifts.
