We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Architect with strong knowledge of Core HR and Benefits to partner with business stakeholders and technical teams in designing and delivering effective technology solutions.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.
Support solution design, business process improvements and transformation initiatives.
7–10 years of experience in Oracle HCM Technology.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Core HR, Advantages and Hire-to-Retire processes.
- Experience with HCM Extracts, HDL and OIC.
- Knowledge of Oracle AI Studio and VBCS is an added advantage.
- Advanced Excel and Data Analytics.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in business process re-engineering and transformation is preferred.
