Establish planning and reporting cycles for assigned portfolios including regional consolidation and analysis activities
Responsible for monthly reporting and forecasting activities in partnership with site operations and finance colleagues
Drive site finance engagement and initiatives (across business and functional groups) designed to improve financial reporting/analysis and operating performance
Build collaborative relationships with Site Finance, HQ Finance, GFS and Operating teams
Support leadership team in preparation of budgets, operating plans, investment strategies, and resource planning
Support financial reporting on all aspects of business on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
Provide support for key initiatives & business investment activities
Support internal controls rigor, balance sheet reviews and audits
You handle the risk that comes with moving forward when the outcome is not certain.

Finance Professional with 10+ years of work experience in FP&A; Domain
Hands on experience in ERP, MS Office, and reporting tools
Cross functional interactions with Operations & Sales teams
Strong team player having creative thinking and strategic solutions that help achieve organizational objectives.
Ability to travel to Germany once or twice a year (for 1 to 2 weeks per trip)

Qualified Chartered Accountant, CMA
Basic understanding of Accounting Principles and US GAAP
System Knowledge of Oracle, SAP, Hyperion Financial Management
Power BI or related presentation tools
