Provide post-sales technical support and address customer concerns

Ensure CRM is implemented effectively for Customer Connect & Relationship Building

Work closely with the operations and automation teams for seamless execution

Excellent client management skills

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or Metallurgy Engineering.

MBA/PGDM in Marketing will be added advantage.

Experience:

Experience with 3-6 years' experience in B2B Sales of Laser Marking Machines & Automation

Demonstrated success in B2B industrial sales, particularly within manufacturing, automotive,

Experience in integrating marking machines into automatic production lines is advantageous
