About InstantDM InstantDM is an Instagram and Facebook DM automation platform used by creators, brands and e-commerce businesses to turn social engagement into leads and sales. Built on Meta's official Graph APIs and available on the Shopify App Store, InstantDM powers comment-to-DM automation, story reply automation, multi-step DM flows, follow-ups, lead capture and Meta Ads integrations — at high volume, for customers across India and beyond. We're a small, fast-moving product team in Tiruppur building software used by businesses globally. You'll ship features that real customers use within days, not months.

Experience with Meta Graph API, Instagram/WhatsApp APIs or Shopify apps

Serverless architecture experience (AWS Lambda, SAM, Serverless Framework, CDK)
