In this role, you'll leverage data, financial modeling, and analytical expertise to deliver actionable insights, improve decision-making, and support business performance in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Lead monthly forecasting, quarterly business planning, and annual budgeting processes for assigned business areas.

Analyze financial performance and provide detailed variance analysis against budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans.

Deliver explicit and actionable financial insights to support business decision-making and performance management.

Partner closely with finance teams and cross-functional stakeholders to understand business drivers, risks, and opportunities.

Support financial planning activities by developing accurate forecasts, scenario analyses, and business recommendations.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across financial systems, reports, and planning tools.

Develop and maintain financial models to support planning, forecasting, and strategic initiatives.

Contribute innovative solutions to streamline financial workflows, reporting, and analytics capabilities.





Prepare and present financial updates, performance reports, and business reviews to key stakeholders.

Support special projects, ad-hoc analysis, and strategic business initiatives as required.

Collaborate with planning, commercial, operations, and finance partners to align business objectives with financial plans.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Professional accounting qualification, MBA, or equivalent advanced finance education preferred.

Strong experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;), budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.

Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and translate findings into meaningful business insights.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and PowerPoint presentations.

Experience working with enterprise financial planning and reporting systems.

Experience in consumer products, retail, healthcare, manufacturing, FMCG, or similarly quick-paced industries.

Expertise in financial forecasting, annual operating plans, and strategic business planning.

Experience with financial systems, business intelligence tools, and performance reporting platforms.

Knowledge of automation technologies and process improvement methodologies within finance functions.

Strong understanding of financial controls, reporting standards, and business performance management.

Experience supporting regional or global business operations in a matrixed environment.
