We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Analyst - Financial Shared Services (Invoicing) to support APAC invoicing and reporting operations. This role is responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of customer invoices, revenue reporting, accrual management, and financial analysis while ensuring compliance with customer contracts and internal controls.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Operations, Account Management, Finance, and Controllership teams to deliver high-quality billing and reporting processes while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and process enhancements
Customer Billing & Invoicing (65%)

Prepare, review, and process customer invoices in accordance with contractual agreements and pricing schedules.
Maintain and manage contract repositories and billing documentation.
Partner with Operations and Account Management teams to resolve billing queries and enhance customer experience.
Monitor invoicing processes and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Financial Close & Revenue Accounting (20%)

Accrue and reclassify costs based on available financial information.
Support accounting teams in resolving reporting issues and data discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with financial controls and reporting requirements.
MIS Reporting & Analytics (15%)




Accounts Receivable Aging Reports
Operational and Financial Performance Reports
Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.

The role requires frequent interaction with business and finance stakeholders to ensure accurate billing, reporting, and financial compliance.
Manage and execute monthly customer invoicing processes for APAC operations.
Support revenue reporting and financial close activities.
Identify opportunities for automation and enhanced financial controls.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for invoicing and reporting processes.
Support process documentation, training, and knowledge sharing initiatives
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
~5+ years of experience in:

- Contract Administration
- Financial Shared Services
- Financial Analysis
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders.

Knowledge of SQL and/or Microsoft Access.
Experience working in a Shared Services or Global Business Services setting.
Exposure to large-scale operations supporting multiple geographies.
