Job Summary
TCS is hiring International Voice Collections Specialists for its Gurgaon delivery centre. This position is suitable for candidates experienced in international customer interaction and B2B/B2C collections. The selected candidates will manage customer payment follow-ups, resolve billing and invoice disputes, support reconciliation activities, and coordinate with internal teams to improve collection efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to international customers for outstanding invoice recovery.
- Follow up on overdue payments and maintain regular customer communication.
- Address customer concerns related to invoices, billing, and payment status.
- Identify and investigate payment discrepancies and collection disputes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing and account-related issues.
- Handle payment applications,
invoice adjustments, and reconciliation activities.
- Support PO changes, invoice splitting, credit rebills, and pre-bill activities.
- Maintain collection trackers and prepare basic reports using MS Excel.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned daily activities.
Required Skills
- Experience in international voice collections (B2B/B2C).
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Knowledge of payment follow-ups and overdue invoice management.
- Basic MS Excel and reporting skills.
- Robust customer handling and negotiation abilities.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Candidate Requirements
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Must be comfortable with night shifts.
- Must be willing to work from the Gurgaon office (100% WFO).
