We are looking for a proactive, result-oriented, and disciplined IT & SAP Recruiter with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on recruitment experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT hiring, along with exposure to SAP recruitment across relevant modules and skill sets. The role requires solid sourcing and screening capabilities, a consistent approach to daily recruitment activities, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements efficiently—from initial sourcing to successful closure. The candidate should be comfortable working in a targetdriven environment while maintaining the quality of shortlisting and a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT and SAP professionals across various technologies, roles, modules, and skill sets.
- Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, internal databases, and other relevant recruitment channels.
- Understand IT and SAP job requirements, evaluate technical profiles, and identify candidates whose skills and experience align with the hiring needs.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess technical exposure, relevant experience, communication skills, salary expectations, notice periods, and availability.
- Build, maintain, and nurture a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and upcoming IT and SAP requirements.
- Ensure consistent daily recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, candidate follow-ups, and interview coordination.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand requirements,



share suitable profiles, and support timely hiring decisions

. • Manage multiple open positions simultaneously, ensuring effective prioritization and timely progress on assigned requirements. • Work towards recruitment targets while maintaining quality, process discipline, and accountability for hiring outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in IT recruitment, with exposure to SAP recruitment.
- Good understanding of IT roles, technologies, and technical skill sets.
- Familiarity with SAP modules and profiles, with the ability to understand and evaluate relevant candidate experience.
- Strong candidate sourcing, screening, communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize requirements effectively.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach to recruitment.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven and fast-paced recruitment environment.
