JOB - Travel Consultant-Australian Process Experience :- 2 to 5 years
Person applying should be specifically from Australian Travel Process.

Determine clients requirement for travel and advise itineraries based on best routes and cost.
Notifies clients of travel dates, baggage limits, special requests like meals, wheelchair bassinet etc., visa requirements, and other relevant information.
Collects payments, relevant documentation, tickets for travel.
Follow internal workflows using CRM and mid-office applications.
Required minimum of two years of experience as a Travel Consultant
Knowledge of Indian Regional language will be an added advantage.
Must be computer literate, familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Docs
Should be familiar with any CRM.
Must have valuable communication skills and Customer Service skills.
Graduate in any discipline
IATA Qualification or Equivalent along with Industry Experience.
