This role requires a deep understanding of the technical skills necessary for these fields, as well as the ability to effectively communicate and engage with trainees. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct training sessions for candidates in Java Full Stack, Cybersecurity, and Android & iOS Development. - Prepare candidates for technical interviews, focusing on mock interviews and interview preparation techniques. - Collaborate with candidates to enhance their understanding of US-based job placement and staffing processes. - Provide insights into the US hiring landscape and assist candidates in navigating the application process. - Develop training materials and resources that align with industry standards and best practices.
- Evaluate candidate performance and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
