We're Hiring: Principal Software Architect - Robotics & AILocation: HSR Layout, Bengaluru (Work from Office)Experience: 10+ YearsCompensation: Up to ?90 LPAAbout the Role:We are looking for a hands-on technology leader to drive software architecture, engineering quality and integrated delivery for advanced robotics and autonomous systems.Key Responsibilities:- Define software architecture across robotics, autonomy, cloud services and AI/ML infrastructure.- Lead critical technical design, coding, code reviews and complex debugging.- Drive software quality, CI/CD, automated testing, security and production reliability.- Oversee integration and release readiness, including simulation and hardware-in-the-loop testing.- Lead engineers and technical leads across multiple teams.- Ensure reliable software performance on real-world hardware.Must-Have Skills & Experience:- 10+ years of experience in Robotics or AI,



including technical leadership.- Proven experience architecting and deploying software on physical hardware such as robots, autonomous vehicles, drones or embedded systems.- Strong hands-on expertise in Python, C++ and ROS.- Understanding of autonomy technologies such as SLAM, perception, planning and AI/ML.- Experience with cloud platforms, Kubernetes, large-scale data/model-training pipelines and CI/CD.- Proven ownership of system architecture, production releases and engineering delivery across multiple teams.Significant:This role requires hands-on technical leadership and proven hardware-based product experience.
