Functions and Responsibilities
Reconciliation and computation of billable revenue to intercompany, preparation of invoice reports and transacting with the receiving entities, ensuring accurate reporting of services rendered and timely processing of remittances
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of budgets, financial forecasts, variance analysis, and Management Information System (MIS) reports, financial statements, ensuring accuracy, timely reporting, and clear presentation of financial insights to stakeholders.
Preparation and management of monthly closing activities including reconciliations and analysis of related accounting statements
Develop and maintain financial and operational trackers to monitor ongoing activities, track deliverables and outstanding items, and ensure timely follow-up with relevant stakeholders.
Preparation of requirements for Internal as well as Statutory Audits with the independent auditors
Coordinate with various departments and prepare recurring financial reporting packages.
Prepare monthly closing schedules and account reconciliations.
Personal Attributes – Mandatory
B.Com/MBA - Finance with 3-4 years of post-qualification experience preferably in closing and reporting domain.
Hands on to MS Office tools – Word, Excel and Power point
Prior Experience in O2C (Order to Cash) / R2R (Record to Report)
Experience on working in SAP FI
Personal Attributes – Preferred
Experience of working in an MNC would be preferred
Independently able to handle Invoicing and Remittance processes.
Must be able to manage complex and multi-functional setting and various stakeholders - local and global.
Good team player. Should be able to handle pressure and support fast growing organisation.
Should possess hands-on approach and ready to take up new challenges.
Excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills, flexible in working approach.
