Lead React/Angular, NodeJS/Go, AWS with 8+ years of exp. Very good communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Extensive experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
Strong expertise in frontend technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
Proficient in backend development with one or more programming languages (e.g., Go, Python, Node, Kotlin, etc).
Experience with database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and designing scalable schemas.
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and integration best practices.
Proven experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with microservices architecture and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with mobile app development (e.g., React Native, Flutter) is a plus.
