Key Responsibilities

- Manage global delivery operations for Company Financial Reports.

- Lead and manage large teams of 100–200 members across global delivery centers.

- Oversee client relationships, meetings and service-level agreements (SLAs).

- Monitor operational performance and drive continuous improvements.

- Manage cluster P&L;, staffing and training requirements.

- Identify new business opportunities and support business growth.

- Drive process excellence, accountability and team performance.

⭐ Must-Have Skills

- Strong knowledge of Equity Capital Markets and Financial Services.





- Experience with Company Financial Reports, Broker & Analyst Reports and Corporate Bonds.

- Financial Data Analysis and Financial Statement Interpretation.

- Large Team Management and Global Delivery Management.

- Client Relationship and Stakeholder Management.

- P&L; Management and Business Growth.

- Strong Analytical, Communication and Leadership Skills.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Overall 10+ years of professional experience.

- Minimum 5 years of independently managing large assignments in Capital Markets / Financial Information Services.

- Proven experience managing large teams and global operations.

- Excellent client-handling and decision-making abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and business deadlines.
