Lead a multi-team AI and Analytics organization responsible for building scalable AI platforms, conversational analytics, self-service analytics, and enterprise BI solutions. Lead the development of Generative AI and Agentic AI platforms, including reusable AI agents, orchestration, and governance.

Ensure AI quality, reliability, security, compliance, and operational excellence.

Build and scale teams of software engineers, data engineers, data scientists, BI developers, and analysts.

Define technology strategy, organizational design, hiring, performance management, and succession planning.

14+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Platforms, Data Science, or related fields.

- 7+ years of people management experience.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale AI, analytics, or data-driven products.
- Strong expertise in AI/ML, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, software architecture, cloud platforms, APIs, data pipelines, and BI solutions.
- Hands-on experience with database technologies, ETL/ELT pipelines, and large-scale data platforms.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.

Experience with Conversational AI and Agentic Analytics.

Knowledge of Azure OpenAI, LLMs, RAG, Vector Databases, and MLOps.

Proficiency in Python, C#, .NET, and SQL Server.

Experience with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Spark, and Power BI.

Expertise in cloud-native architectures, microservices,



DevOps, CI/CD, and observability.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
