We're looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to lead people partnering for one of our growing business teams. You'll be the go-to person for leaders, managers, and employees, helping the business grow while keeping the employee experience strong. Partner with leaders and managers on people priorities, performance, engagement and team matters.
Manage employee relations, including grievances, performance concerns and sensitive employee matters.
Support talent reviews, succession planning, career discussions and development actions.




Use people data and insights to identify trends around attrition, engagement, performance and retention.
Conduct regular employee connects to understand the pulse of teams and identify retention risks.
Support key employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, performance reviews, movements, promotions and exits.
Work closely with Talent Acquisition, Rewards and People Operations to ensure smooth execution of people programs.
Worked on projects aligned towards HR Process improvements – Onboarding, Career Progression, succession planning etc.

5–7 years of HR experience in a HRBP / People Partner role, worked with B2B Saas for Sales Teams

- Experience supporting 250–350+ employees.
- Robust stakeholder management and employee relations experience.
- Comfortable working directly with senior leaders and people managers.
- Good understanding of talent management, performance and people analytics.
